The owners, Brian and Khoa, go above and beyond to make every guest feel like family. Their passion for great food and hospitality shines through in every dish served. Every dish is a flavor explosion, from the rich, comforting bowls of pho to the perfectly seasoned and grilled meats. You can taste the freshness and attention to detail in every bite. Whether I am craving a hearty meal or something light and refreshing, Saigon Bistro delivers every time. One of the best parts? This restaurant handles both solo diners and groups with the same attention and care. Whether you're enjoying a quiet meal alone or gathering with friends and family, the ambiance is just right, and the service remains top-notch. If you haven’t been here yet, do yourself a favor and go and try one of my favorite dishes, Chilean Sea Bass. The food is fresh and packed with flavor in every bite! Drinks were super refreshing. Everything we had including the build your own vermicelli wraps, steak pho, eggplant tofu basil, kiwi & watermelon beverages were phenomenal. Service was top tier as well. 10/10 must try!

The food is amazing you will not regret it. You have to try the whipped Thai tea, I can’t stop thinking about it since I had it! The employees were very nice, prompt, and helpful. The employees work as a team to help tables which I found very thoughtful. I came last night (Sunday night) one hour before closing and they did not rush me when closing time was approaching. The atmosphere is very welcoming and also has great lighting for taking cute pictures!!! I will be coming back.
